Jerry Potts and his team are number one, outstanding people! On top of that, they run an incredible shop. They take care of their customers to the best of their ability and have never failed to repair any of our vehicles. Their work is second to none and the price they charge has always been fair and reasonable. Over the last six years they have repaired my 05 Diesel truck multiple times for various issues. Some of them incredibly challenging. Fantastic crew!

Exceptional Customer Service! My son is away at college in Murfreesboro at MTSU on a basketball scholarship. I live in Florida. He contacted me to say that he was having car trouble... I immediately called around after googling different places and reading reviews... The quotes were RIDICULOUS!!! I contacted Jerry Potts Car Care Center and they have been nothing less than AMAZING!!! Stacey was in continuous contact with myself as well as my son... She arranged a tow in and I was able to pay over the telephone once service was completed... He has a 2005 Honda Accord and he received a new alternator, brake and rotor services, and an oil and filter change... my son reported that his car is running very well and I am very happy that I found a new car repair center that was able to complete the services for half of the price of the other car repair centers in that area...Thanks so much....

Rescued once again. My 'Service Engine Soon' light came on as I was driving back to the 'Boro on Friday. I argued with myself for a few minutes, promising to check it out on Monday, but remembering I have to drive to Knoxville on Tuesday, I decided to have it checked. All I can say is good thing I did. I probably wouldn't have made it to Knoxville. I walked right into to Jerry Potts Car Care on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 and drove out in about an hour and that included the time it took for the part to be delivered. All this for a 12 year old car which they have managed to keep running smoothly now for all those years. Always excellent service!
