Since starting my freight expediting business I have relied on Jerry Potts Car Care center for my sprinter van needs. This place does not disappoint and are very trustworthy of your business. Both Stacy and Mr Potts are very upfront and don't sugarcoat what you may or may not need. They will always have my business! Always top-notch!

I have never taken my car anywhere and had the level of service that they provided at Jerry Potts. They communicated with me every step along the way and were very clear about what needed to be done and why. They also kept us from spending four times the amount the Volvo dealership told us we needed to spend. Several repairs Volvo recommended were not needed! Stacy is an absolute gem. She is the key to their excellent service. I will never take my car anywhere else again!

They replaced the engine in my daughter's Mini Cooper and have performed several diagnostics tests and repairs on my son's 2005 Honda Accord. Not only do they do great work, Mr. Potts took the time to explain what needed to be done and why in terms that a non-mechanic can understand.

They take care of their customers to the best of their ability and have never failed to repair any of our vehicles. Exceptional Customer Service! My son is away at college in Murfreesboro at MTSU on a basketball scholarship. I live in Florida. He contacted me to say that he was having car trouble... I immediately called around after googling different places and reading reviews... The quotes were RIDICULOUS!!! I contacted Jerry Potts Car Care Center and they have been nothing less than AMAZING!!! Stacey was in continuous contact with myself as well as my son... She arranged a tow in and I was able to pay over the telephone once service was completed... He has a 2005 Honda Accord and he received a new alternator, brake and rotor services, and an oil and filter change... my son reported that his car is running very well and I am very happy that I found a new car repair center that was able to complete the services for half of the price of the other car repair centers in that area...Thanks so much....

Rescued once again. My 'Service Engine Soon' light came on as I was driving back to the 'Boro on Friday. I argued with myself for a few minutes, promising to check it out on Monday, but remembering I have to drive to Knoxville on Tuesday, I decided to have it checked. All I can say is good thing I did. I probably wouldn't have made it to Knoxville. I walked right into to Jerry Potts Car Care on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 and drove out in about an hour and that included the time it took for the part to be delivered.
